Amendment 1 The following change is being made: Attachment RPO Indiana Bat and Northern Long-Eared Bat Monitoring Page 6, Technical Plan Section 4.3 (fifth sentence) is changed to read: Several USFWS offices maintain lists of qualified bat surveyors, and if working in one of those states with authorizations in lieu of a Recovery Permits, the individual will need to be on that list and have USFWS approval to mist net, capture, handle, attach radio transmitters on, and radio-track federally endangered and threatened bat species prior to biding on contract to perform any work. There are no more changes. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government intends to make one (1) award resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912P9-15-Q-0029 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82 dated 8 June 2015. This requirement is being solicited as 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541690 quote mark Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Service quote mark with a Small Business Size Standard of $15 Million. The basis of award will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offeror. When price and other factors are considered, price is more important. Additionally, offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award. Period of Performance: The work period shall be between 15 May 2016 and 15 August 2016.
