- Description
- The Nebraska National Forests and Grasslands; Bessey Nursery, located at 40637 River Loop, Halsey, NE 69142 has a requirement to provide Seed for the Forest Service Nursery. Contractor will furnish all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies and incidentals necessary to provide Seed. This requirement is 100 percent set-aside for small business. NAICS Code 113210, Size standard $11 Million. Awardees MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and completed the Representations and Certifications prior to award. All seed must be cleaned. Any maple seed must be dewinged. Seed must be collected from a Northern source, Zone 4 or 5 and location of collection should be sent with seed. If available, results of germination tests or TZ tests should be sent with seed. The number of seeds per pound must be listed. No caps on Oak seed; Specify on quote if your seed has caps or not and give a rough estimate of seed/pound. Award will be made by line item and the most advantageous to the Government. All items are needed prior to April 2016 if at all possible. RFQ Close date of July 30, 2015. This is a Firm Fixed Price Supply Contract.
