- NSN: 1670-00-834-8347, Solicitation SPE4A7-15-R-2276, PR 0058434103. This proposed Definite Quantity Contract is for the Harness, Personnel Parachute, Back. Requested quantity is 198 EA. The procurement item description cites IAW SAN ANTONIO AIR LOGISTICS CENTER, CAGE 98750, DWG 59J6710 REV "U" AND APPLICABLE SUPPORTS P/N 59J6710. This is a QPL-6645 item. This procurement is a 50/50 Partial Set-Aside, Full and Open Competition after Exclusion of Sources. This procurement is FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Textile Testing, Government First Article Testing (FAT) (1 unit), and Government Production Lot Testing (PLT) apply. The required delivery is 400 Days for the FAT, 50 days evaluation, 325 days for the PLT, 60 days evaluation, and 10 days to ship. The required total delivery is 845 days ARO. Phased delivery is not requested but acceptable. Higher level quality is required. Configuration Control applies. This is a Critical Application Item, and shelf-life applies. This is a Life Support Item therefore no surplus material will be accepted. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies.
