- It is the intent of the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) to competitively procure the services of one (1) Authorized FBI Channeler from the following list of approved FBI Channelers: 3m Cogent Systems Accurate Biometrics Biometrics 4 All, Inc. Daon Trusted Identity Services, Inc. Eid Passport, Inc. Fieldprint, Inc. Inquiries, Inc. MorphoTrust National Background Check, Inc. National Credit Reporting Telos Identity Management Solutions, LLC TRP Associates, LLC dba ID Solutions VetConnex for Channeler and Non-Channeler Services for FBI Fingerprint-based Checks. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561611 - Investigation Services This is not a Request for Quotations (RFQ), nor is an RFQ available. However, all responsive sources may submit a capabilities statement in a timely manner that will be considered by the Government. Sources interested in responding to this notice must be on the list of FBI Approved Channelers and able to provide convincing evidence that they possess the requisite expertise and experience to successfully provide the item specified above. Responses must be in writing and must be received in the office within fifteen (15) calendar days from the publication date of this notice. Proposal must include pricing information.
