- The United States Secret Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Charlotte Airport Industrial, LLC, 5245 Old Dowd Road, Charlotte, NC 28217 for specialty vehicle storage space. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. Based on this requirement, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No formal solicitation package is available. Only written e-mailed (michael.velez@usss.dhs.gov) inquiries will be responded to and must be received no later than 3:00 pm, Eastern Time, July 19, 2015. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement.
