- The synopsis is amended to update the solicitation issue and close dates as follows: Issue Date: July 14, 2015 Close Date: August 13, 2015 This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1670-01-535-2244 Closing Assy Loop. A total of 1 NSN is targeted for this contract effort. The proposed action is intended to be awarded competitively. The proposed contract will be for a total 5 year period of performance. This is a FAR 15 effort. The below NSN has been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. NSN 1670-01-535-2244 Closing Assy Loop Estimated Annual Demand is 9,676 each. Minimum Delivery Order Quantity is 2,419 each. Maximum Delivery Order Quantity is 9,676 each. Maximum Contract Quantity is 96,757 each. I/A/W US Army Natick Soldier Center, Cage 81337 Dwg 11-1-7091 Rev E and Applicable Supports P/N 11-1-7091-1 This Solicitation will be Unrestricted. Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources apply. Qualified Producer List (QPL) 6645 applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination I/A: Origin This is a Life Support as well as a Critical Application Item. Shelf Life Restrictions apply. Government First Article Testing (FAT), Textile Testing, and Production Lot Testing (PLT) apply as well. Delivery is 180 days for the First Article Sample, 35 days for Testing and Evaluation, 60 days for the Textile Sample, 35 days for Textile Testing and Evaluation, 178 days for the Production Quantity/PLT, 35 days for the Lot Test and Evaluation, and 15 days for then Unit Requested Delivery. The Total Required Delivery is 538 days. SURGE is not required for this procurement. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. This will be a competitively awarded contract and best value selection methods will be used. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD). Solicitation issue date is July 7, 2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
