- Preparing and painting interior and exterior surfaces of structures. Surfaces to be coated include doors and windows, trim and molding, exterior siding and walls, fascia, overhangs, rafters and rafter tails, interior wall and ceilings, floors, cabinetry, masonry work, metal work, decking, railings, stairs, and fences. Coatings to be applied include primers, oil base and latex paints, urethanes, sealer/preservatives, and solid coat and semi-transparent stains. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to accomplish this work.
