The Biomek FXP High-Throughput Liquid Handler Workstation manufactured by Beckman Coulter with an option of a four option year services. The workstation is necessary to support the Therapeutic Development Center at USAMRIID, which is a strategy of utilizing multidisciplinary technologies to support screening of potential countermeasure compounds. To accommodate the increasing demand, high throughput procedures to identify antiviral and antibacterial compounds are being implemented. The system must include a volume and movement variable Span 8 module as well as a multichannel 96 head and multichannel 384 head, plus the integration of a Beckman Coulter Labe ware Stacker that can be controlled by the Biomek software and an enclosure with a HEPA Filter and positive air flow for sample protection. Ensure the MECS and PWS/QASP is read, and attached a layout drawing. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for a competitive quote. Any response to this notice must be submitted in writing to the Government and show clear and convincing evidence that another source is capable of meeting the Government's requirements. Responses received will be evaluated and determination by the Government based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no written responses are received at least (7) days after the publication of this response on 21 July 2015 @ 08:00 AM EST, the purchase will be awarded without further notice.
