- Sources Sought Notice for Information Only: This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources of supply. Negative replies are also sought. Contractor should not include any pricing. Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) is seeking potential sources of supply for the following items: Line 1: MFG: Environmental Filter Inc P/N: E05613 Description: 3 BAND, INNER LINER: GALVANIZED METAL, 100% SPUN BOND FLAME RETARDANT MEDIA, SIZE: 36 quote mark HIGH X 13.84 quote mark OD X 9.48 quote mark ID, END CAPS: OPEN/OPEN. BOX SIZE: 14 X 14 X 38 Quantity: 156 Each This is for brand name or equal. See attached salient characteristics. Please submit specifications of any equal substitutes. For the purposes of this RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333413 Industrial and Commercial Fan and Blower and Air Purification Equipment Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 500 employees. If you believe another NAICS is more applicable based on the requirement, please so indicate and state the justification with your reply. If your firm is capable of requirements described in this RFI, please provide a Capability Statement to Mrs. Jennifer Elliott, jennifer.l.elliott10.civ@mail.mil by 21 JUL 15, 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
