- To procure a Benchtop Furnace This procurement is a full and open competitive procurement -The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a full and open competition basis a Benchtop furnace in accordance with the following specifications, The system to be purchased is a benchtop furnace capable of programmable control at temperatures >/= 1500oC. Requirementsa capacity of >14L, maximum temperature of >/= 1500o C, power sufficient to provide a ramp rate of 50o C/min between 750oC and 1000oC, programmable temperature control wo inlet ports, one for inert gas flow and a second that is at least 1/2" in diameter that can be used to insert sample tubes.,Powered via 208V single phase AC,Item shall be new, not reconditioned, or refurbished.,The manufacturer shall have a representative based in North America to provide replacement parts and repairs (Parts and repair costs are not included in this contract).. This notice of intent is for competitive proposals in accordance with specifications stated above. Any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-15-T-0218 and provide a quote based on the RFQ, capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.Respond by mail to NAWCWD, Code 245100D, Attn: Gayle Cline, 429 E.
