- SPE4A7-15-R-2095 will be issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price Contract, Long Term Contract, for One Base Year and Four Option Years. The material is NSN 16680-01-519-1419, SWITCH, AIRCRAFT, MAT. This is used on the V-22 Aircraft. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin; FOB Destination. Delivery will be required within 140 Days After Receipt of Order This material is Source Restricted to: CAGE 14314, United Electic Controls CAGE 97499, Bell Helicopter Textron Pricing is requested for the Estimated Annual Demand Quantity: ESTIMATED ANNUAL DEMAND (EAD) QUANTITIES: EAD: 103 EACH BASE YEAR: 103 EACH OPTION YEAR ONE: 103 EACH OPTION YEAR TWO: 103 EACH OPTION YEAR THREE: 103 EACH OPTION YEAR FOUR: 103 EACH Maximum Annual Contract Quantity All Years: 103 Each Minimum Delivery Order Quantity: 17 each Maximum Delivery Order Quantity: 63 each. The RFP will be available on www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil after July 28, 2015.
