- The National Park Service, Upper Delaware (UPDE) Scenic and Recreational River, intends to issue a Request for Quotations for the replacing of a poured concrete retaining wall. Work to be completed at Upper Delaware (UPDE) Scenic and Recreational River, Beach Lake, PA. SITE VISIT. An organized site visit will be scheduled for this project. The details of the site visit will be provided in Section L of Solicitation, Terms and Conditions. Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit, to inspect the site, and to satisfy themselves regarding the conditions that may affect the cost of the products and performance. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. SET ASIDE. This project is being solicited and awarded as a Women Owned Small business set aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 238110 with an associated small business size standard of $15 million. The magnitude of construction for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A single firm-fixed price construction contract will be awarded as a result of the solicitation. Solicitation number P15PS01953 will be issued as a Request for Quotations, posted to https://www.fbo.gov with a link to retrieve the solicitation form and all associated attachments at https://www.fedconnect.net on or about 3 August, 2015 with a response date 30 days thereafter. PAPER COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS, EMAIL REQUESTS, OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
