- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is W9124J-15-T-0032 and this combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. This acquisition will not be procured as a set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 721110 with a small business size standard is $32.5 Million. The contractor shall provide services to support Yellow Ribbon Program (YRP) Training Event that include lodging, meeting space, meals, audio/visual, child and youth care services, parking or transportation, and shuttle service, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract to a single contractor. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.
