Description
NOTE: This is a pre-solicitation notice, not a solicitation. The solicitation HAS NOT yet been issued. Solicitation will be issued on or before July 31, 2015. Once issued, the solicitation will provide a closing date of 30 days after the issue date. RFP SPE1C1-15-R-0118 will be for the MC, Running Suit Jacket (8415-01-550-1251(s) and FQ/PD-08-05A dated 25 February 2015 Also, RFP SPE1C1-15-R-0118 will be for the MC, Running Suit Pants (8415-01-550-1694(s) and FQ/PD-08-06A dated 25 February 2015. All material used to manufacture these items are to be furnished by the contractor. The solicitation will be issued as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Type contract with a Base term, plus Four (4) One Year tem Options. The Commercial Item Description for MC, Running Suit Jacket and Pants will be included within the solicitation document: MC, Running Suit Jacket (8415-01-550-1251(s) and FQ/PD-08-05A dated 25 February 2015 and MC, Running Suit Pants (8415-01-550-1694(s) and FQ/PD-08-06A dated 25 February 2015. This information is for solicitation SPE1C1-15-R-0118 LOT 1 MC, Running Suit Jacket (8415-01-550-1251(s) and FQ/PD-08-05A dated 25 February 2015. The quantity for the base year and four option period: Minimum of 9,252 / 46,200 Maximum with an AEQ of 37,008. The first delivery is due 150 days after the date of the award/120 days on SUBSEQUENT ORDERS. The destination for the item is Travis Association for the Blind (SD0131). LOT 2 MC, Running Suit Pants (8415-01-550-1694(s) and FQ/PD-08-06A dated 25 February 2015. The quantity for the base year and four option period: Minimum of 9,210 / 45,990 Maximum with an AEQ of 36,795. The first delivery is due 150 days after the date of the award/120 days on SUBSEQUENT ORDERS. The destination for the item is Travis Association for the Blind (SD0131). The solicitation will require for inspection & Acceptance are at Origin. Delivery Destination: TRAVIS ASSOCIATION FOR THE BLIND (SD0131) The technical Date includes RFID HANGTAG: An RFID inlay shall be added to the barcode paper hang tag attached to each item> Where the use of self-adhesive barcode labels are authorized, the RFID inlay may be added to the self-adhesive label in lieu of a paper hang tag. All other contract barcode and hang tag requirements still apply. DLA Troop Support will include a Caution Notice for T wo-Phase Technical /Price Evaluation in the solicitation. Solicitation will be issued using negotiated method of procurement and it will be issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside Trade-off Procedures apply: Production Demonstrtation Model and Past Performance-Performance Confidence Assessment. Successful offferor will be awarded contract with base and mandatory options, therefore offeror must bid on base year, and all option years. Availability of solicitation, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations of amendments.
