- PR 58860652 was issued under Solicitation number This requirement was initially solicited as a simplified procurement under solicitation number SPE4A715TG562 as the estimated value was under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). However quotes received in response to the Solicitation was priced well over the SAT; therefore it has to be solicited as a formal procurement. Formal solicitation is SPE4A7-15-R-2334, 1560-01-406-8974, Latch Assembly, AirC used on the H-60 helicopters. Approved source is Adams Rite Aerospace CAGE 80477 with AMC/AMCS 3C. This procurement is a large Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Solicitation for a quantity of 151 each. This is a critical application item. Item is NAVY Critical Safety Item (CSI) per Critical Review Data. The Production delivery objective is 271 DARO, with FOB point @ Origin and Inspection & Acceptance at Destination requested. First Destination is required. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size, Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1). This request is for a written quote. Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package. The Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in RFP.
