Technical Staff Listing Client Notification Attach Bank Notification Attach III Business Questionarie Attachment II SOW March 2015 No Masters Required SF 1449 Cover Letter The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services (CTS) Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse and mental health treatment services. The location where services are to be provided should be with a vendor located within a 10 miles radius of the City Hall at 201 East 5th Street, Gillette, Wyoming 82716. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on October 1, 2015 with four (4) one-year option periods, with services ending (if all options years are renewed) on September 30, 2020. The request for quotation will be available on today, July 15, 2015 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the quotation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The closing date is on August 15, 2015. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The BOP anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
