- This is a Small Business Set-Aside Amendment A00001 to RFQ VA251-15-Q-0448 oThe SOW has been updated (see below) oThe closing date has been extended to 07/24/2015 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, VA251-15-Q-0448, is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 335311 and the business size standard is 750 employees. Requestors shall state their business size on their proposal. Evaluations will be based on lowest price, technically acceptable. They must include the exact specifications of the salient characteristics listed below. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the contracting officer.
