- This requirement is for establishment of a repair Requirements contract for T700 Hydro-Mechanical Unit (HMU) (2915-01-492-3907/Part Number (99207) 4046T52G37. The solicitation will be issued with three base years and no option periods. The total quantity of 525ea is the estimated quantity to be repaired over the three years (Year 1-175ea; Year 2-175ea; Year 3- 175ea). All quantities are estimated. Additional NIINs to be inducted: 01-332-2469, P/N (99207) 4046T52G27 repaired/reworked to 01-492-3907, P/N 4046T52G37. All repaired components and consumable parts submitted under the contract shall be in compliance with: REPAIR MANUAL/PROCEDURES: DMWR 1-2915-358 (Latest Revision)/ NAVAIR Manual A1-761CA-MDB-400, MEOs P3790, P3837, P3838, P3841, P3842, P3843, P3844, P3845, P3846, P3847, P3848, P3854, P5260, P5263, P5266, P5427, P5542, P5648, P5718, P5848, P5859, P5860, P6147, P6302, P6555, P6556. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit competitively on an unrestricted basis. The subject item(s) require government source approval of critical safety items prior to contract award. Only those sources approved by the NAVSUP WSS prior to award will be eligible for award.
