- SPE4A7-15-R-2291 will be issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price Contract, Long Term Contract, for One Base Year and Four Option Years. The material is NSN 1560-01-464-0715, COVER, ACCESS, AIRCRAFT. This is used on the F-18 Aircraft. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Destination; FOB Destination. Delivery will be required within 200 Days After Receipt of Order Pricing will be requested for the Estimated Annual Demand Quantity: ESTIMATED ANNUAL DEMAND (EAD) QUANTITIES: EAD: 108 EACH BASE YEAR: 108 EACH OPTION YEAR ONE: 108 EACH OPTION YEAR TWO: 108 EACH OPTION YEAR THREE: 108 EACH OPTION YEAR FOUR: 108 EACH Maximum Annual Contract Quantity All Years: 540 Each Minimum Delivery Order Quantity: 18 each Maximum Delivery Order Quantity: 72 each. Source Approval Statement applies to this part. The only approved source for this material is listed below and it is expected that award will be made to that firm. Any firm which is not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request, SAR. This procurement will not be delayed to wait for a SAR approval.
