- There is no solicitation. The United States Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting and General Services Division in Portland, OR has plans to award using other than full and open competition to Foundations of Success Inc. of Bethesda MD for training and support on the use of the Open Standards for the Practice of Conservation as the developers of these tools and Miradi software that supports the use of the Open Standards. Period of performance will be for 6 months, not to exceed January 30th, 2016. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award using other than full and open competition and is not a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1. Technical inquiries may be directed to Thomas Miewald at (503) 231-6840.
