- BLM RICHFIELD OFFICE JANITORIAL SERVICES The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to perform janitorial services at the Richfield Field Office building located at 150 East 900 North, Richfield, UT 84701. The period of performance is September 1, 2015 - August 31, 2016 with 2 option years. This project is set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 561720, with a size standard of $18.0 M. The award is contingent on the selected vendor's passage of a federal background check. To obtain the solicitation and/or amendments/updates for this project, contractors shall monitor the solicitation at www.fedconnect.net. Offerors shall periodically check for amendments and other changes to the solicitation documents. This service is provided for convenience only and does not serve as a guaranteed notification.
