- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, tools, materials (except as noted in Section 1.8 of the Scope of Work) and labor to completely build a storage building adjoining the existing Mitigation Building in accordance with the Scope of Work. See attached solicitation W912DW-15-Q-0050 for additional information. AMENDMENT 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions received at the site visit and via email, and revise paragraph 3 and paragraph 5.1 of the Scope of Work. Please see attached amendment W912DW-15-Q-0050-0002 for additional information. Closing date and time remain unchanged at 20 July 2015 by 2:00 PM Pacific Time
