Description

Solicitation The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to negotiate with one responsible source pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Inter Industry Economic Research Fund, 4511 Knox Road Suite 301, College Park, MD 20740-3514. INFORUM will provide the following consulting services to the CMS Office of the Actuary (OACT): 1. Subscription to the 2090 Long Term Inter-Industry Forecast Tool (LIFT 2090) from September 2015 to September 2020. 2. Provide support to the Office of the Actuary (OACT), in years 2015 through 2020, for the 10 year National Health Expenditures (NHE). 3. Provide support to the OACT, in years 2015 through 2020, for the 75 year economic projections of the U.S. health sector and the economy. 4. Convert the Lift production sector detail from the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) system to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS). This data is currently unavailable from any other source. All responsible sources may submit proposal in consideration to CMS using the primary point of contract listed below. Please find the enclosed solicitation.
