- Amendment A00001 for RFP HSFE02-15-6004 The Purpose of this Amendment: A00001 is: to change the quantity, number of guard hours, for RFP# HSFE02-15-R-6004. The hours will now read: Hours of Operations: 0600-1900 Mon-Friday excluding holidays. There will be two (2), eight (8) hour shifts. First shift: 0600 - 1400 one guard Second Shift: 1100 - 1900 one guard Total guard hours per day: 16, total guard hours per 3 months: 1040 No new technical proposals will be accepted. Please use the Price/Cost Schedule in the attached Amendment A00001 to submit your revised price proposal. Revised price proposals will be accepted by e-mail: Anastasia.Freddino@fema.dhs.gov The closing date and the deadline for receipt of revised price proposals is now: July 20, 2015, noon Eastern Time.
