- The following question was recieved received and the answer is provided herein Question: Section L, Paragraph 2.1.2.1 states that the offeror shall provide a breakdown of hours for each individual labor category proposed for each year of the contract. The offeror must submit a labor category breakdown that covers the completion of the tasks in the PBSOW in Section C of the solicitation in accordance with the Workforce Hour Matrix (Attachment P2). Subcontractors' and team members' information shall be included under the prime contractor's submission. Offerors must propose identical labor mix at the IDIQ level in accordance with the Grand Totals for labor categories in the table in Section 2.0, Labor Categories and Labor Hours, under L-2 Government-Furnished Information Please confirm if the Workforce Hour Matrix (Attachment P2) is outside of the page count of the 30 page Workforce section. Answer: The workforce matrix is not included in the page count.
