- Sole Source Justification and Approval The 49th Contracting Squadron, 49 CONS/LGCA at Holloman AFB, New Mexico intends to award a single source Firm Fixed price Purchase Order to L-3 Communications Corporation (doing business as Telemetry-West, 9020 Balboa Ave. San Diego, CA 92123. The requirement is for: CLIN 0001 - VISTA‐JADE‐CLT / Vista JADE Software Client; 9 Each The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to award this company under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), due to proprietary requirements and compatibility purposes.
