- Map to HERD Facility Base Access Memorandum Base Access Affidavit Wage Determination Statement of Work: Dated 8 June 2015 Hold Harmless Letter Financial Responsibility Letter FA2823-15-R-4019 Solicitation IMPORTANT DATES: Solicitation due-13 August 2015 at 12:00 PM CST Site Visit-22 July 2015 at 9:00 AM CST Memorandum and passes due-16 July 2015 Description: Eglin Air Force Base (AFB), FL, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a requirement to construct Bin Wall Revetments at the High Explosives Research & Development (HERD), Eglin AFB, Florida, as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW), drawings, and specifications. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to construct the Bin Wall Revetments at the HERD, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the Statement of Work (SOW), drawings, and specifications, as well as all Federal, State, and local regulations. This acquisition will be a competitive small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237990 with a small business standard size of $36.5M. This acquisition will utilize the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Source Selection Process in accordance with FAR part 15.101-2, Contracting by Negotiation and DoD Source Selection Procedures. Period of performance is expected to be 150 calendar days after award. In accordance with FAR 36.204 the discloure of magnitude for this requirement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Any resulting contract shall be firm-fixed-price. The following is the anticipated CLIN structure for the basic requirement. CLIN 0001: 1 LOT Base Bid with Additive with 1 - Description: The Contractor will provide all materials, tools, equipment, labor, transportation, supervision, storage, and personnel necessary to Construct Bin Wall Revetments, #1227-2, #1227-3, #1227-4, and #1227-1 (additive), at Building 1227 as shown on the construction plans labeled as "1227-1 Alternate Grading Plan" (pgC301), and specifications meeting all requirements as described in Section 2.0, in the Statement of Work date 8 June 2015. CLIN 0002: 1 LOT Base Bid - Description: The Contractor will provide all materials, tools, equipment, labor, transportation, supervision, storage, and personnel necessary to Construct Bin Wall Revetments, #1227-2, #1227-3 and #1227-4 at Building 1227, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida as shown on the construction plans and specifications meeting all requirements as described in Section 2.0 of the Statement of Work date 8 June 2015. Potential offerors should note that a site visit will be held for this requirement. Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Registration can be completed by going to https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/#1 and completing the registration process.
