- This is a Sources Sought Constitutes Market Research This is a Sources Sought Notice is to seek out Interested Vendors identified as Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), and all other Small Businesses interested in bidding on this requirement. If interested in bidding, vendors should notify the Contracting Officer by emailing Maria.Teodoro@va.gov by the due date indicated on the Sources Sought notice. Synopsis of Work: Janitorial service for Veterans Affairs Sierra Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS), at 3 locations: Sierra Foothills Outpatient Clinic, 11985 Heritage Oak Place, Auburn, CA 95603, approximately 9,893 sq. ft; Diamond View Outpatient Clinic, 110 Bella Way Susanville, CA 96130, approximately 7,000 sq. and VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System Eye Clinic- 2295 Kietzke Ln in the Franktown, Corners Plaza Reno, NV 89502; 30 rooms, approximately 5,445 sq. ft. The proposed NAICS code is 561720; size standards $18.M. The Contractor shall provide Janitorial services to include all management, supervision, labor, personnel, transportation, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to accomplish this Performance Work Statement (PWS) in a responsible, cost efficient, environmentally friendly manner at VA Sierra Nevada Health Care Systems (VASNHCS) Reno, Nevada. The VA intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for an estimated Period of Performance to begin on/about Oct 1, 2015 or within 30 days after award of contract plus four option years. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Responses to this sources sought should be emailed to Maria.Teodoro@va.gov on 23 July 2015 no later than 4:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time.
