- 1.Demolition: Saw cut and selective demolish as required to locate sewer line from first deck restroom floor. See Sheet A-101. 2.Demolition: Provide necessary coring for water, sewer and electric utilities. See Sheet A-102 3.Demolition: Saw cut roof as required for new mechanical equipment. See Sheet A-103. 4.Demolition: Remove existing lighting from new administration area. See Sheet A-105. 5.Demolition: Modify existing fire sprinkler system to T Bar drop ceiling. See Sheet MP-6. 6.Connect sewer from first deck restroom through mezzanine floor. See Sheet A-106. 7.Connect water supply. See Sheet MP-11. 8.Install a new partition wall for administrative area and ADA restroom. Install light gauge framing along existing concrete walls. Insulate and cover with gypsum. Install double doors (see note #10 below) and closet space to enclose wall mounted electrical panels on South wall. Enclose existing ducting on North wall and overhead with new partition wall and soffit. See Sheet A-107. 9.Install (30) new 2 x 4 fluorescent ceiling light fixtures per AE Design Manual page 40 and UFC 3-530-01. 10.Provide restroom exhaust fans, heating/cooling, lighting, doors, sealed flooring, and bathroom fixtures. See Sheet A-401. 11.Install new roof top mechanical units. See Sheet A-108. 12.Administration space shall include dual electrical outlets and communication ports (spaced 10 -0 OC). 13.Install two new doors. Install a cylindrical privacy type lock base compatible in each door. Reference attached A and E Guide for the locks. 14.Reattach existing fire extinguisher per applicable fire codes. See Sheet A-403. 15.Paint the all gypsum covered walls and ceilings. See Sheet A-601 for Room Finish Schedule. 16.Replace outlets, mechanical switches and cover plates. (NOT THE COM).
