- Sugar Creek ATV Trail and Bridge, Pike National Forest, Colorado Description(s): Construction surveying and staking, erosion control, clearing and grubbing, structural excavation, trail construction, construction of bridge abutment, installation and assemble of Government furnished glulam bridge, and Government furnished seeding and mulching. Contractor is responsible for equipment, labor, transportation and furnishing all abutments components and materials specified in project drawings necessary to complete this project. Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, labor, transportation and supplies necessary to complete this project. SITE VISIT/PRE BID CONFERENCE IS NOT ANTICIPATED FOR THIS REQUIREMENT Project Site: Project is located on the South Platte Ranger District of the Pike National Forest at mile post 20.3 on S. CO Highway 67. Project can be reached as follows: From Sedalia, CO, travel southwest on S. CO HWY 67 for approximately 20.3 miles to project location. Time for Performance: The contract time of 60 calendar days (approx 17 September 2015) This solicitation is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 237310 with a size standard of $33.5M. Price Range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation will be available for download from this website on or about 28 July 2015. Interested offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package, changes in the date of the site visit and any other pertinent information including downloading their own copy of the solicitation package and amendments. All questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to Toinette Aranda (Toni) at tparanda@fs.fed.us This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract nor does it obligate the government to pay for bid or proposal preparation costs
