- Pre-solicitation Notice W9127S-15-T-0077: This solicitation will be advertised as a Total Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237310 (Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction). The small business size standard is $36.5 million. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for herein, required to perform crack sealing maintenance services specified within the area of responsibility of the Greers Ferry Project Office in Heber Springs Arkansas. Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR 13.5. This solicitation will be issued via the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) Website on or about July 28, 2015. It is each offeror's responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via the Internet as well. It is therefore the contractor's responsibility to check the FBO website daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. Contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet after solicitation issuance at the following Internet address: https://www.fbo.gov/ and search for Solicitation Number W9127S-15-T- 0077. All offerors are encouraged to visit the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov to view other business opportunities. System for Award Management (SAM) and Annual Representations and Certifications (ORCA), as required byFAR 4.1102, apply to this procurement.
