- This Synopsis is a follow-on to Pre-Solicitation Notice -NTS - #288-0071-15. Update - The Government anticipates issuing the solicitation/RFP as a total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-a-side under NAICS Code 541930, Translation and Interpretation Services. It is anticipated the contract will have a 9 month base plus 4 one year options. Primary place of performance will be the National Capital Region (NCR) and potentially worldwide.
