Total Small business set aside NAICS - 237110 $36.5m PSC - Y1NE Phase one due 3 Aug 2015 by 13:00 MT. Email proposal to mamorris@fs.fed.us Or mail to: Matt Morris 1249 S Vinnell Way, Ste 200 Boise, ID 83641 Submit all questions to mamorris@fs.fed.us by 27 July 2015. Site Visit is scheduled for 22 July 2015 at 11:00 1. The Revised SOW is included as attachment 1. With additional supporting documentation Attachment 2-8 2. Phase one evaluation factors: a. Technical approach - Contractors will proved a conceptual design of the water system for evaluation b. Technical qualifications i. Specialized experience and technical competence; ii. Capability to perform; iii. Past performance of the offeror's team (including the architect-engineer and construction members) 3. Phase-two evaluation factors: a. Design concept b. Operating cost c. Price 4. At the maximum, three (3) offerors will be selected to submit phase-two proposals.
