- GIS On-Site Support Services This is a pre-solicitation notice/combined synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A separate written solicitation M67400- 15 - R - 0002 has been issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. DPAS Rating is DO-C9D. The North American Industrial Classification System code is 541370 and the business size standard is NTE 6.5 million. Required Item and Descriptions are as follows. ITEM NO 0001AA Senior GIS Analyst (Work location: FSMB), ITEM NO 0001AB Mid GIS Analyst (Work location: FSMB), ITEM NO 0001AC Junior GIS Analyst (Work location: FSMB), ITEM NO 0002AA Mid GIS Analyst (Work location: PMO), ITEM NO0002AB Junior GIS Analyst (Work location: PMO), ITEM NO0003 Mid GIS Analyst (Work location: EAB), ITEM NO 0004 GIS Analyst for Special Project, and ITEM NO0005 Unplanned Travel. The Contractor shall provide fully qualified personnel, supervision, administrative support, transportation, and training necessary to perform GIS On-Site Support Services. The support services shall include : programmatic support, geospatial data management, data collection and update, planning, field surveys, spatial analysis, visualization and technical support. The Contractor is required to provide services in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in this PWS. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the System Award Management (SAM) in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. The solicitation (Request for Proposal), when it is released it will be available electronically at the following web site http://www1.fbo.gov under solicitation M67400- 15 - R-0002. All Offerors are required to submit the following as part of their Quote (page 26-32 of the solicitation M67400-15-R-0002): (X) SF1449 (Solicitation M67400-15-R-0002) completed. (X) Offerors shall submit three separate volumes: (Volume I, II, and III) THE OFFERORS MUST SUBMIT ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS SPECIFIED UNDER "SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS" IN THIS SOLICITATION TO BE CONSIDERED AS RESPONSIBLE OFFERORS. The solicitation also may be e-mailed (preferred) upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Upon the submission of the solicitation, it is required to attach the documents specified under Submission Requirements. All offers shall be in the English language and priced in US dollar.
