- Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to MORRELL DATA SOLUTIONS 37594 CHARTWELL LANE, PURCELLVILLE, VA 20132 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(iii), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." This requirement is for support services to assist in continued TravelNet system maintenance and updates in support of the Marine Corps Intelligence Agency (MCIA) surveillance and reconnaisance enterprise. A formal solicitation was not developed but the informal Request for Quote (M00264-15-T-1066), will be provided upon request. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the agency.
