- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Hawaii (NAVFAC HI) through a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order to provide a heavy duty truck lift and air operated rolling bridge, to include installation. The lift will be located inside a building and will be used for aircraft refueling trucks, 5,000 gallon tankers, trucks with diesel tank, and other similar types of refueling trucks. The required delivery date is before September 30, 2015 to Pearl Harbor, Hawaii and will be specified in the solicitation. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to the required supplies is 333923 Overhead Traveling Crane, Hoist and Monorail System Manufacturing. See below for the lift specifications: -4-Post -50,000 lbs. Capacity -24 Wide Adjustable Runways -38 10 Overall Length -Standard 6 degree -72 Approach Ramps Floor Mounted and Jack Rails -Two (2) 2 HP, 220V, 60 Hz, 3 Phase Power Units -Vehicle drive through capability -Includes Airline kit The Air Operated Rolling Bridge must have a maximum reach of 55 . Installation will include assembly of the lift, including mounting the lift on the ground. Installation will also include warranty. Warranty will encompass services provided to the end user for a specified period of time and will include any services necessary for the installation of the lift. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, email address of primary point of contact, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; 2) Tailored capability statement addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims; and 3) Manufacturer of the product to be supplied. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to 1) provide services consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice; 2) provide services under a performance based service acquisition contract; and 3) determine the availability of small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.
