- Description
- The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - Hawaii has a requirement for the disposal/recycling of approximately 2,000 handheld fire extinguishers. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the required services in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The solicitation will be a 100% small business set-aside. Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) award criteria. The prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award. Period of performance is for six months to start 1 Sep 15. A site visit will be conducted on 23 Jul 15, 0830 AM (see solicitation for site visit instructions). The solicitation will be posted on ASFI/FBO on or about 15 July 2015.
