- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Replacement of windows - Principal items to be performed to accomplish the work consist of the following: Work site preparation o the installation of a temporary work site fence o the demolition works New exterior joinery works: the existing windows will be replaced by quote mark low-E quote mark PVC windows with double glass Finishing work (insulation and lining of concrete columns)
