Description

The government has identified a substantial change to its requirements as published in VA251-15-Q-0387 beyond what reasonably could have been anticipated by prospective offerors such that additional sources likely would have submitted offers had the substance of the revision been known to them. Therefore, pursuant to FAR Part 15.206(e), solicitation VA251-15-Q-0387 is hereby cancelled. Prospective offerors are encouraged to monitor www.FBO.gov where it is anticipated a new solicitation with revised specifications will be posted in the coming weeks.
