Description

The Richard L. Roudebush VAMC, in Indianapolis, IN in accordance with FAR 8.405-6 Limiting Sources, intends to negotiate on a limited source basis with Verathon INC., Bothell, WA for providing Glidescopes. NAICS 339112 applies, the small business size standard is 500 employees. The contractor shall deliver the products to the VAMC at 1481 W 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202, for the ordering period of contract. Products are to be delivered FOB destination within 15 days ARO. This notice is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received NLT 3:30 EST on 8/02/2015. No telephonic inquiries or e-mail responses will be accepted.
