- Past Performance Survey form (optional use) State of Idaho Workers Comp Insurance form Food/Wildlife Storage Requirements Plans - Drawings, Wall Crk FSSS Supplemental Specs Wage Decision Request for Quote, solicitation package Bonners Ferry Ranger District of the Idaho Panhandle National Forests (IPNF) will solicit for Wall Creek Culvert. This project includes removal of an existing 48 inch culvert and replacing with a 13 ft-0 in x 6 ft-9 in Structural Plate Arch with precast concrete footings. Work consists of constructing a stream channel through the pipe and installing grade control structures within the culvert and potentially outside the culvert near the inlet and outlet. Additionally a segment of road shall be reconstructed and shaped to obtain minimum cover and adequate approaches to the new structure together with commercial source surface aggregate placed on the reconstructed segment of road. Work includes placing commercial source riprap material at the inlet and outlet and for construction of the grade control structures. Forest Service Road 2542E is approximately 15 miles Northeast of Bonners Ferry, Idaho. Located at T.63N. R. 2E. in the SW corner of section 9, Boise Meridian. Latitude and Longitude of the site is 48°49'17.59"N, 116°13'2.51"W. Travel North from Bonners Ferry, Idaho on U.S 95 to 3 Mile Junction. Turn right onto U.S. Highway 2 East and continue for nearly 2 miles. Turn left onto County Road 34 (Meadow Creek Road). Continue along Meadow Creek Road about 6.6 miles from highway, to the junction with Forest Service Road 2542. Turn left onto road 2542 and head north bound for approximately 2.3 miles. Turn right onto Forest Service Road 2542E. Stay on road 2542E for around 0.15 miles and arrive at Wall Creek Crossing. Price range between $100,000 and $250,000. Estimated start July 2015 and complete by October 15, 2015. Solicitation to be issued on or around July 2, 2015. Solicitation issued 7/2/2015 Quotes due 8/3/2015
