F15PS00696 Bid Guarantee Willow Beach Floating Pump Station Solicitation DESCRIPTION The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Division of Contracting and General Services intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose offer conforming to the solicitation, Willow Beach Floating Pump Station Design / Build based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) for the Design and Construction of a floating water pumping system on the Colorado River at the Willow Beach National Fish Hatchery, located in Mohave County, Arizona. The Facility is located approximately 60 miles north of Kingman, Arizona and 50 miles south of Las Vegas, NV on Hwy 93. The work will consist of providing all labor, management, supervision, design engineer, tools, equipment, and materials to perform all work necessary to Design and Build a floating pump system. The floating pump system will connect up to an existing piping which has valves in need of replacement to meet water requirements of the Fish Hatchery for the present and in the future. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The performance period is expected to be 180 calendar days (CD). Sixty days for design and one hundred twenty days for construction. SITE VISIT The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, offerors or quoters are urged to inspect the site where the work will be performed.
