- Army Contracting Command-Warren (ACC-WRN) plans to award a modification to task order W911SE-07-D-0008-BR06 to allocate additional funding for repair materials, on a cost reimbursable (no fee) basis. This sole souce action is pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (b)(3) and FAR 16.505(b)(2), Exceptions to the fair opportunity process, specifically FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i). The additional funding is required to continue performance of task order BR06 through the expiration date of 22 August 2015. This sole-source award is a logical follow-on to task order BR06 because URS Federal Support Services currently performs the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles (FMTV) Reset program at Red River Army Depot (RRAD) and the additional funding is specifically for repair materials required to complete BR06. It provides additional materials for the SCM Reset program at RRAD to repair vehicles in the FMTV fleet without an unacceptable delay or break in service.
