- The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIOAB, Eglin AFB FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract under FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), to TRUMPF, Inc., 111 Hude Rd, Farmington, CT 06032-2834. The NAICS code is 811310 and its size standard is $7.5 mil. The following items will be procured: Punch Maintenance CLIN Description Qty 0001 Service maintenance for Trumpf Model TC2000R 2 lots 0002 Service maintenance for Trumpf Model TruPunch 1000 2 lots Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government's requirement. In addition, the response should include any special requirements for a commercial contract (i.e. Commercial Financing, Warranty Provisions, Delivery Information, etc.) in accordance with Far Part 12. Anticipated award date is July 24, 2015. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received no later than 8:00 a.m., Central Time, 17 July 2015. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
