- Jusitification and Approval (J&A) - U.S. Mission Naples The purpose of this action is a Justification and Approval (J&A) of the award of a sole-source bridge contract to the incumbent contractor, Pond Security Service, GMBH. The Office of Overseas Protective Operations under the Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS), along with Acquisition Management (AQM), has awarded a sole-source bridge contract while a new contract award is conducted. The bridge contract is for local guard services at the U.S. Consulate in Naples, Italy. The subject contract contains the following Period of Performance: Base Period: Six (6) Months Option Period 1: One (1) Month Option Period 2: One (1) Month Option Period 3: One (1) Month
