- HSCGG1-15-B-PFA027 ISSUE DATE: 2 JULY 2015 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and disposal required to remove and replace the existing membrane roof, HVAC rooftop unit, split system unit, and rooftop exhaust fans on the east wing flat roof Michel Hall at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy. The estimated cost range of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Payment and Performance Bonds will be required. Solicitation packages will be available on 2 July 2015. The date set for receipt of bids is 4 August 2015 at 2:00 pm. The applicable NAICS code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 Million. The overall performance period for this project is 24 weeks from issuance of Notice to Proceed with a projected 5 weeks of work on site. This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14 and is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns.
