- Please See Attached NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 673d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska intends to award a sole source purchase order to T-Metrics, Inc. as a result of them having patented technology and copyrighted software. Due to the patent and copyright status, only the instrument manufacturer can fulfill this requirement. This requirement is to purchase the addition of a T-Metrics Remote Agent Status Module (RASM) to the existing T-Metrics Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system. The addition of the T-Metrics RASM will enable VoIP connectivity to the Cisco Unified Communications Manager and extend VoIP service to the Central Appointments Service (CAS) desk on JBER, Alaska. Items include with the system upgrade are: TM-ACD-Plat-Upgrade-SMB: Express to SMB Upgrade. Requires 1 additional server for Event Server SW and Controller SW; includes T-FARM. TM-ACD-RASM-cisco: RASM monitors agent state on a remote switch. Requires 1 server. TM-ACD-Server: 1U PC with Windows Server 2008R2, rails, redundant hot swappable power supply, RAID 1 with hot spare. TM-ACD-REM-PM: Remote Project Management-first 8 ports. TM-ACD-Install-Server: Onsite installation of TM-Server(s) in rack. TM-ACD-Onsite: Onsite installation (daily weekday charge for onsite/travel time). TM-ACD-T&E: Onsite installation travel and expenses. S&H: Shipping and handling. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106(b). The anticipated award date is 22 July 2015. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 20 July 2015 at 2 pm Alaska Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
