- TITLE: 1650; PISTON, HYDRAULIC MO; F-16 AIRCRAFT; WSIC: L IQC: 1000038640, ISSUE DATE: 6 JULY 2015; CLOSING DATE: 5 AUG 2015 This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four option years. The NSN is 1680-01-054-5626, Piston, Hydraulic MO P/N: 4100032-1. The item intended source is Triumph Actuation System, LLC (CAGE 1SR57). DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is SOLE SOURCE to Triumph Actuation System, LLC (CAGE 1SR57). Any manufacturer, other than Triumph Actuation System, LLC (CAGE 1SR57 wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.aviation.dla.mil/userweb/sbo/Source%20Approval%20Requests.docx. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED using OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The estimated annual quantity is 43 each. This is a Critical Application Item. This item is subject to Configuration Control and Export Control. The following terms apply: FOB DESTINATION; Inspection / Acceptance ORIGIN. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK). Production delivery will be 170 days after receipt of order (DARO). Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 6 July 2015 with a closing date of 5 August 2015.
