- Q&A 13 WI 0011 Furnish General Services (JHSV) WI 0304 PLC Survey Q&A 10 (WI 302) J-1 Work Item Index Q&A 11 (WI 910) WI 910 Ride Control System SCF Bearing Support J-2 Category A Work Items Amendment - N32205-15-R-4006-0004 The purpose of Amendment 0004 to USNS SPEARHEAD (JHSV-1) is to issue revised WIs 0011, 0302 & 910; add references; revise C 2, J-1 & J-2; provide responses to Question and Answer No. 10, 11 & 13; and extend solicitation submission date from July 6, 2015 to July 7, 2015. See attached Amendment w/ C2 and solicitation extension. Document attached are WIs, J-1, J-2 and Q&As. References available via AMRDEC SAFE Website. The purpose of Amendment 0003 to USNS SPEARHEAD (JHSV-1) ROH/DD is to add new WI 0511, new Reference 087326 568 to WI 506, new clauses, and provide responses to Question and Answer No. 6, 7, 8, 9 & 12. See attached Amendment w/ clauses and Q&A documents. WIs and References available via AMRDEC SAFE Website. The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to issue USNS SPEARHEAD (JHSV-1) ROH/DD revised WIs 0011, 0101, 0102, 0302, 0506, 0803, 0903, 0905, 0906, 0907 and0908; add new WIs 0304, 0510, 0609 and 0910; add new References; J&A Mod 01; attached revised H-3 to the Solicitation; and provide responses to Question and Answer No. 2, 3, 4 & 5. The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to change USNS SPEARHEAD (JHSV-1) ROH/DD CLIN delivery end date from 30 November 2015 to 03 December 2015, change Section F-1 Ship Availability Period number of days from 43 to 45, change Section L DFARS clause 252.211-7001 person of contact to Andrew Sargeant, change Section L-2 person of contact to Andrew Sargeant, change Section L-5 Inspection of Vessel to USNS FALL RIVER (JHSV-4) and provide response to Question and Answer No. 1 See attached Amendment and Q&A document.
