- requirement questions and answers This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request For Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-15-Q-2750. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular. This RFQ is being advertised as a 100% small business set aside. NAICS Code is 334118. Size standard is 1000 employees. NUWC Division Newport intends to purchase the following items on a Firm Fixed Price basis. These items will be ordered under three separate CLINs as shown below: CLIN ITEM DESCRIPTION Qty. Total Value (FFP) 0001 Mobile Laptop (IAW attached specification) 7 0002 Mobile Laptop (IAW attached specification) 5 0003 Monitors (IAW attached specification) 12 0004 Shipping 1 Total Contract Price Required delivery is 4 weeks after award (earliest delivery is preferred). F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport, Newport, RI. All timely offers will be considered. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items applies. Evaluation is low cost technically acceptable. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items apply.
